It was a very good experience with our new roof installed in Shortsville, NY. Gene Martin was very helpful explaining our best options. Ray and crew were very helpful doing what needed to be done and left the job cleaner than they found it.
What we liked as much as the price and quality of the workmanship was the work ethic of the employees we had contact with from the office manager, the sales rep to the crew who did the actual work. All were very professional and the crew even though they were all young men were very polite,there was no arguing, no bad language or loud music. They were a delight to have around for the few days they were here. We would most definitely recommend Lakeside and have already.

Putting a roof on your house is a major investment in the future and like buying a car. You want quality, dependability, a fair price and efficiency. Also like car buying a homeowner looks to friends and family members who may have recently had a need to purchase a service and can make a recommendation. My husband and I looked to friends for just such a recommendation and one roofing business clearly stood out – KangaRoof. Our experience with this company, from start to finish, was fantastic! Their roofers are efficient and hard-working! There were 3 men who tore off 4 layers of roofing/underlayment and installed an entirely new roof in just under a week. Our 2 story home is NOT small – there are 2 dormers and 2 smaller side roofs that also needed attention. Not a problem! Their workers put in 9-10 hour days to get things done. One of my concerns was clean up, since it is such a huge undertaking and very messy. Their workers not only cleaned the inside of our attic (which was totally covered with dirt, pieces of wood and shingles), they also swept and bagged debris around the entire house and used a huge magnet to be sure that there were no nails, etc. in our driveway and flower beds, which I greatly appreciated!! Most of all, they maintained friendly and positive attitudes, and true concern for the condition of our home and yard throughout the project. Our neighbors even commented on how well they worked!! We truly thank them for all their efforts and hard work on our behalf!! They stand by their work and follow through to be sure it’s done right. Needless to say, we are VERY happy customers of the KangaRoof-ers! I HIGHLY recommend them if you want quality and service! They are AMAZING to work with so don’t hesitate to call them.

We had a great experience with Kanga Roof. First off Jean is very professional and he is very people friendly. If we ever had to call Jean he would call us back promptly. On the day the men came to do the roof they were very polite and friendly. The first day they worked till it was dark out. My husband and I were worried for them because we didn’t think they could see. The second day they were at our house by 7:00 am and got right to work. Their clean up was amazing! I had just cleaned the yard the weekend before and figured I would have to clean it again after they left. I think they left it better than it was! It’s been about a year since Rufus Yoder’s crew replaced my roof and it looks great,no leaks and I am totally happy. They were fast, neat,well organized and the work was superb! I just referred my son to them.
They replaced my barn roof with metal and it looks fantastic. Very fast installation with high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or just repairs. They will take care of you!
